So how does it work?

  • Twelve 1 hour weekly group coaching calls on Zoom on Monday evenings (EST) - Recorded so you can watch the replay if you can’t make every session

  • Two private 1:1 50 min coaching sessions with Christine

  • A WhatsApp group just for program members (including Christine) for questions and support between sessions

  • Worksheets, reading and exercises to complete between sessions to deepen your reflections and learnings

  • Group size limited to 10 participants
